20 billion dollars worth of savings are needed to ballance the California State budget in 2008 when I write this,
24 billion dollars worth of savings are needed to ballance the California State budget in 2009 when I am updating this,
so I volunteer two years in a row the Chico CSU campus for closure in order to ballance the California budget...
- There would be plenty (19-20) other CSU campuses in California where high school gradutes could go to
party before taking on adult responsibilities of a job, marriage and raising a family...
- In early 1990s California built the latest CSU campus in Merced, (keep that one)...
- Closing CSU Chico would save lives, every year a few young adults drink themselves to death partying so hard...
- Closing CSU Chico would reduce date rapes and other sexual crimes in the area...
- Closing CSU Chico would releive Chico from the environmental pressure of receiving 17000 partying young adults each semester...
- Closing CSU Chico would move out of Chico CSU support personel and other goverment recruiting bakground investigators no longer needed here...
- Closing CSU Chico would not have a great impact on education or the work force, high tech labour is
often awarded to HB1 visa holding foreighners over American workers or exported to foreign countries outright,
seems to me that middle management government and research is about the only signficant output CSU campuses
achieve...

23-jul-2009 was the second time I complained to "Day-Care" center workers about not having a "trash" can between themselves and the
"boys-girls" club on sixth street in the public "Rotary" mini park area where frequently park visitors trow trash on ground... (I often
pick up about three to six different large items and have no place to put them) this time I talked to a manager(woman) on duty who acknowledged
the lack of trash bins in area and made lame excuse of having to get "City-of-Chico" aproval and that it would cost
to much for official city blessed trash cans... (I hinted both were glorious tax-payer waste of money that give sweetheart kickback jobs to a few
(managing+public-relations) but will never duplicate thoughtful care given to children brought up by their loving mothers/parents whom do not
pursue pointless careers while abandoning their children to day care and boys-girls-clubs such as these... employing "low rider hip-hop vehicle gangster mobile
minimum wage staff")
